Customer Pickups are by appointment only and you will need to have a reservation. Customer pick ups and drop offs are available Sunday-Fridays only.

No walk ins are accepted.

Customer pickups are available on certain party items only, all of our bounce houses, select carnival games, and some other party rentals.

To place an order online, click the product you want to look at, and follow the prompts.

Be sure to click on the customer pick up option. There is a minimum rental order of $65. When ordering online, disregard the $135 min. order. Continue to follow thru with your reservation.

What is a Customer Pick up?

It's the DIY option. You get your bounce house or other party rentals for a lot longer and you do the work. It's a great option if you live far away which saves you being charged a fuel charge from us.

You come to Flagstaff Party Central Inflatables, pickup, and drop off the party items. You set up the bounce house or other party rentals you rented. Never set up a bounce houses, games, or other pop up tents before? No worries, our Fun Staff will provide you verbal directions and give you Party Central Inflatables after hours number so you can get a hold of us, anytime with your questions.

Why do a Customer Pickup?

Since Coconino County is the 2nd largest county in the USA and we're a little isolated up here in Northern AZ, delivery charges can get expensive. So come pick it up to make your bounce house rental more affordable. Some of our other customers use the customer pickup option just so they can get their party items for a lot longer (24hrs) than just the usual 6hr rental.

Rules for Customer Pick up

  1. A truck and/or trailer is required. DO NOT SHOW UP IN A CAR! We will NOT load party rentals on roofs. We will NOT load inflatables in trunks. You will be charged for the full rental and we cannot guarantee we can reschedule you for a different pick up time if you show up in a car/suv/truck with a topper on it.
  2. Inflatables are very heavy so we recommend you having a dolly. This ensures the bounce house wont get damaged by dragging it across rocks, dirt, pavement, whatever it may be. As a reminder, if your party items get damaged, you are required to pay for all repairs or replacement of the item.
  3. It is recommended that at least 2 people assist in the moving, set up, take down, and loading of all party rentals. As a reminder, bounce house rentals are NOT light and fluffy. They can weigh as much as 250lbs and require heavy lifting.
  4. You cannot set up any inflatables on top of anything that can puncture it like sharp rocks, sticks, uneven transitions. As a reminder, you will be charged for damages or replacement. In addition, do not set up where feces is at. You will be charged a cleaning fee.
