Party Central Inflatable Policies
Flagstaff Party Central requires all reservations to be secured with a card #. However, we do accept cash or crypto. If we don't hear from you by the day before your rental, regarding your form of payment, we will charge the card you provided. All cards are charged a 4% credit card fee as Party Central Flagstaff participates in the cash discount program.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel, for any reason, up to 7 days prior to your reservation. For example, if your parties on the 14th, you have up until the 7th to cancel. If you cancel after our 7 day cancellation policy, we will charge your card a 50% cancellation fee.
Weather Policy: Flagstaff Party Central Inflatables has the right to cancel or postpone any party based on the projected weather forecast.
- Winds/gusts are projected at 15mph or higher
- Rain/snow/any precipitation 75% on up, we cancel, 74%-40% we leave it up to you, 39%-0% we do it anyways. Our staff checks the weather 2 days prior to any reservation and if we have any concerns, we will contact you. If you call us to cancel for weather, you will still be charged a cancellation fee.
- Any other type of hazardous conditions
Once party rentals are delivered, it is too late to cancel. Customer pays 100% of the rental cost. No exceptions or refunds!
Party Central Flagstaff wants everyone to have a blast and an amazing experience! That means, if we have to cancel or postpone due to weather it is for your safety.
